No shipping costs will be charged.
In most cases your order will be shipped by DHL. You will receive a Track & Trace code once the package is shipped. In the case of direct shipment by one of our suppliers, Track & Trace code is given.
Status of your order
Do you have a question about the status of your order? Then email your name and possibly the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. The order number can be found on the order confirmation that you received by email.
As soon as your package is registered for shipment, a Track & Trace code has been created which we will send you by email. You can then track the package on the transport company's website (link is in the email).
If you are not at home, the carrier will deliver the package to the neighbors and, if that is not possible, offer it again at a later time. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and we cannot deliver the package to your neighbors, we will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can go to the 'delivery missed' page on our website: please indicate when we can visit you again. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or to a DHL Parcelshop or DHL Parcelstation. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day (up to a maximum of 4 times).
