Warranty and complaints


The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

Do you have a complaint?

We do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer! However, if you are not satisfied with a product or our services, we would like to hear from you. You can report your complaint by email to info@whitecloudz.nl. We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email and will respond to your complaint in writing (email) within 14 days.
